Welcome to INBUCO. By using our service you agree to the following terms.
1. Data Hosting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
All customer and business data is hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in compliance with SDAIA Data Residency requirements to ensure data remains on Saudi territory and in line with national data policies.
2. Tax Compliance and E-Invoicing (ZATCA)
The platform is designed to support VAT compliance and ZATCA E-Invoicing Phase 2 readiness (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority), including e-invoicing, reporting and clearance in accordance with Saudi regulations.
3. Data Retention for 10 Years
Under applicable Saudi laws and regulations, we retain transaction data, accounting and tax records for at least 10 years after the end of the relevant period, unless the law requires a longer period.
4. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting user data and will not share it with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
