Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the acceptable rules for using the INBUCO platform. By using the service, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibition of Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or infrastructure of the INBUCO platform is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempt to copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the software or its APIs without prior written authorisation from INBUCO.
2. Prohibition of Illegal Activities and Spam
Use of the platform for any illegal activity or activity that violates Saudi or international laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: fraud, money laundering, sending spam or unsolicited messages, phishing, or any use that harms other users or the infrastructure.
3. Fair Use of Storage and API Limits
Customers must comply with the storage and API limits specified in their subscription. Excessive use or abuse that affects platform performance or availability for other customers constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed fair use limits.
4. Responsibility for Password and Access Security
Customers (tenants) are fully responsible for securing their account passwords and ensuring that access to the platform is restricted to authorised staff only. Default passwords must be changed immediately and strong passwords must be used. Two-factor authentication is recommended when available. Any negligence in securing access does not relieve the customer of responsibility for activities conducted through their account.
