Your data is hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in line with SDAIA Data Residency requirements to ensure local processing and storage in accordance with national standards.
2. E-Invoicing and Tax Compliance (ZATCA)
We support ZATCA E-Invoicing Phase 2 readiness to help you meet e-invoicing and tax obligations. We do not share your tax data with third parties except as required by law.
3. Data Retention for 10 Years
Under Saudi law, we retain transaction, accounting and tax records for at least 10 years for compliance and audit purposes.
4. Data Collection and Use
We collect data necessary to provide the service, manage your account and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
